July 2012 is the projected deadline for operating hours expansion. The goal is to be open from Wednesday to Saturday with a different menu each day.

When we were visiting Ashland for few weeks this past summer, we couldn't wait for Fridays and Saturdays so we could stop in for a loaf of bread or one of their amazing pastry or savory items! Unbelievable!!
